The World Cup is finally over.

No more late night snacks, no more tromping over to my uncle's house to make use of his cable TV, no more soccer except from newspaper. D: The World Cup was fun while it lasted anyway.

I don't know why, but I find this guy cute. :P Goalkeeper for Italy in the World Cup that just ended. :D Italy won the World Cup, sigh. Wanted France to win (cuz Italy kicked Germany out of the finals) but Zidane headbutted an Italian player, Marco Materazzi in the chest. It looked really funny, heh. I wish someone took a picture of it though. It seemed like only one lone cameraman got the footage of him ramming his head into Materazzi. I want that picture of headbutting Zidane! After he got sent off he didn't even stay to watch the match. He didn't collect his Second Place medal too. Funneh. :D The headbutt was priceless. It'll be what everyone's talking about for the next few months.

And everyone can blame Trezeguet David for France's loss. He tried to do a goal only Zidane could execute and he MISSED. MISSED THE FREAKIN' PENALTY. It wasn't Barthez's fault. He was born short. At 1.8m. D: He's like one of the shortest goalkeepers. Unbelievable.
